From one local pub in Roskilde to pubs in six countries.
The very first Old Irish Pub opened its doors in Roskilde in 2013. It started as a family business with a simple idea: a warm, welcoming local pub where everyone feels at home.
Since then, we have grown to pubs in six countries: Denmark, Norway, Finland, Spain, the Netherlands and Germany. Every pub shares the same foundation of quality, service and a good atmosphere.
But every pub is unique. Each one is rooted in its own town and its own community, with its own regulars, its own traditions and its own local offers. At the Old Irish Pub you will meet your friends, your neighbours, your old classmates and the guy from the shop around the corner.
More than just a pub
First and foremost, we are a pub. A cosy one.
Come in for a pint with friends, a board game, a game of pool or the big match on the screen. Our pubs are big, so there is room for large groups, but just as much room for two friends catching up in a quiet corner.
As the night goes on, the music gets louder. Later in the evening, the band takes the stage, and in the late hours the pub turns into a party.
Whatever kind of night you are looking for, there is room for everyone. It has to be hyggelig!
